Our kitchen team attaches great importance to the origin of the products used. Meat and sausage products, for example, come from from our family-owned butcher's shop. We also prefer to cook with locally sourced ingredients in order to create
dishes of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, which our chefs skilfully combine with the lightness of Italian and the extravagance of international cuisine.
